These terms govern your use of lyshengyun.com and, where applicable, any service engagement with Lyshen & Yun sp. z o.o. By using this website or contacting us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Lyshen & Yun sp. z o.o. is a customs brokerage and logistics consulting firm registered in Poland, operating at R. Kaczorowskiego 14/lok U7, 15-375 Białystok. We provide customs clearance, documentation compliance, and related advisory services to businesses importing goods into the EU.

We act as your agent when filing customs declarations on your behalf. As the importer of record, you remain legally responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us. We prepare declarations based on the documents and data you supply — we cannot verify information we are not given access to.

5. Fees and payment

Our fees are communicated before any chargeable work begins. Payment terms are agreed at the start of each engagement. We do not begin work without written confirmation of scope and agreed fees. Invoices are issued in PLN and subject to applicable Polish VAT.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Polish law, our liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including duties assessed by customs authorities as a result of inaccurate information you provided.

We carry professional indemnity insurance. Details available on request.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — articles, design, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Lyshen & Yun sp. z o.o. You may share links to content on this site, but reproduction of substantial portions without permission is not permitted.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to external sites, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or from a service engagement that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Białystok, Poland. Consumer users retain any statutory rights under the law of their country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
