Home How We Help The Log Inside L&Y Get in Touch
Białystok · Poland · Est. 2019

Your goods got held up.
Again.

We handle the customs paperwork, the HS codes, the SADs, and the phone calls to the Chinese side — in Chinese. So your import doesn't turn into a month of emails nobody responds to.

Based in Białystok. Serving importers across Poland and the EU.

Pick what's true for you and we'll point you somewhere useful.

My situation is:

Years in operation
Shipments cleared
Polish & Chinese, native
Countries served

Most brokers forward your emails to China. We make the call ourselves.

01

No translation layer

Our partner Yun communicates directly with suppliers in Mandarin. Problems that would take days to resolve over email often get sorted in one conversation.

02

Polish customs is what we do

We operate under Polish customs law, file with the Białystok customs office, and know how local inspectors interpret gray-area classifications.

03

We check before things ship

Document review before departure catches most problems. Fixing an HS code error in an email is faster than fixing it at a border crossing.

From first contact to cleared goods.

We understand your situation first

Before quoting anything, we ask about your goods, your supplier, your timeline, and what's happened before if you've had problems. Most questions get answered in a 30-minute call or a short email exchange.

There's no intake form to fill out. Just tell us what you're importing and where it's coming from.

  • Product category and HS code estimate
  • Country of origin and shipping route
  • Expected value and quantity
  • Timeline and urgency

We go through the paperwork before anything moves

We check your commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and any certificates your product requires. If something is missing or inconsistent, we contact your supplier directly.

  • Commercial invoice accuracy
  • Correct HS codes and declared values
  • Required conformity documents
  • Supplier corrections in Mandarin if needed

We handle the submission and follow it through

We prepare and file the customs declaration (SAD), calculate duties, and communicate with the customs office. You get updates when there's something to report — not silence.

  • SAD preparation and filing
  • Duty and VAT calculation
  • Communication with customs officers
  • Release confirmation

Records kept, questions answered

After your goods are released, we keep copies of all declarations on file and are available for questions if customs conducts a post-clearance audit. We also flag any regulatory changes that might affect your next shipment.

  • Documentation archive
  • Post-clearance audit support
  • Regulatory update notifications

Before you reach out

No. We handle customs brokerage for imports from any country into Poland and the EU. Our bilingual Polish-Chinese capability is an advantage for China-origin goods specifically, but the customs work itself applies regardless of where things are shipped from.
Yes. Mid-clearance handovers are more common than people expect. We'll need the existing documentation and a power of attorney to act on your behalf. Getting us the paperwork quickly is what determines how fast we can move.
Consultation fees start at 350 PLN. Customs declaration and clearance support starts at 800 PLN per shipment, depending on complexity. We quote specific jobs after understanding what's involved — a straightforward FCL of household goods is different from a mixed container with multiple HS codes and CE requirements.
No. We work with clients across Poland and the EU. Most of the work is done remotely — documents are shared digitally, declarations are filed electronically, and calls happen over phone or video. We are physically present in Białystok if a matter requires it.
A standard import with complete documentation typically clears in one to three business days after arrival. Delays happen when documents are incomplete, when goods are flagged for inspection, or when the HS classification is disputed. Having correct paperwork from the start is by far the most reliable way to keep that timeline short.
